Articles published under Green Open Access in Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Capsule Networks are published under exclusive license of the Inventive Research Organization publisher. This license allows the publisher to share article for commercial purposes like subscription and pay per download. This license also allows the authors to share the author copy of their article in any free accessible self-archiving repository.

Articles published under Gold Open Access in Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Capsule Networks are published under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This license allows anyone to copy and distribute the article for non-commercial purposes provided that appropriate attribution is given.

Authors who publish under Gold Open Access with Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Capsule Networks agree that once published, copyright of the article will be transferred to the publisher with the following rights retained by the author.
