The following Publication Agreement must be signed and returned to the Journal of Trends in Computer Science and Smart Technology before a manuscript can be published. If the copyright in the contribution is owned by the author's employer, the employer or an authorized representative must sign this form. In the event that the Journal decides not to publish the work, this agreement shall be invalid.

The use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license 4.0 CC-BY as displayed on https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.

• The article is original, written by the stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, and is free of any third-party rights.
• Any necessary permissions to quote or use material from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).
• The manuscript (or its essential substance) has not been published other than as an abstract or part of a thesis and is not under consideration elsewhere for print, electronic, or digital publication.

• Distribute and share the article, provided proper acknowledgment is given.
• Modify or build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial uses, provided proper acknowledgment is given.

• Ownership of copyright and related proprietary rights, such as patent rights.
• The ability to incorporate the article's content into future works, including lectures and books.
• The right to make copies for personal use, provided these are not sold.
• The right to deposit the article in repositories by stating the article publication details and DOI.

If the article is co-authored, the signatory of this form confirms that they have the authority to sign on behalf of all co-authors and will inform them of the agreement's terms.

Either party may cancel this agreement with two months' notice if the other party fails to address a significant breach of the agreement within one month of being notified. This agreement cannot be revoked without mutual written consent.

• The Journal will proceed with publication if the editorial process concludes successfully and any required fees have been paid.
• The Journal may edit the article to comply with its style and formatting guidelines.
• The article will be made freely accessible to readers.
